The Kasilof Fishing Guides at RiverRise Fishing Guides fish the Kasilof River full time and have been doing it for nearly 20 years! Every season, we spend around 125 days strictly fishing the Kasilof River. We run trips for all 5 species of Salmon and Steelhead, and offer both species specific guided trips, along with combo trips, where we will target Kings in the morning and Sockeye in the afternoon, or vise versa. The possibilities are endless and are totally up to you! A few things about your Kasilof Fishing Guide and our Kasilof River Fishing Trips:

• All Kasilof River Fishing trips are “all-inclusive” meaning that we provide everything needed for the trip. All fishing equipment and safety gear is included, and is all top of the line and specific to the type of fish that you are catching!
• Our Kasilof Fishing Guides are all Licensed, Bonded & Insured; Because the upper section of the Kasilof River is considered technical due to the fast moving Glacially fed water, Our Guides have also undergone United States Coast Guard Endorsed Swiftwater Rescue Training, to ensure a safe and successful day on the water.
• Our Kasilof River Fishing Trips take place between May 16th and September 15th.
• The Kasilof River is a drift boat only fishery and aside from Sockeye Salmon Fishing, all fishing will be done from a 20ft Willie Drift boat, outfitted with all of the modern amenities; including heaters and even a Pizza Oven to warm up those early morning breakfast burritos!
• On our evening trips, we like to pack the Grill and Cooking gear in the boat so that we can whip up a nice shore lunch!

Our 2024 Kasilof Fishing Trip Rates are as follows:

• Half Day Trips, lasting between 4 and 5 hours, are $225.00 per person.
• Full Day Trips, lasting between 8 and 9 hours, are $275.00 per person.
• For those that would lie to have the entire boat to themselves, we offer Full day Kasilof Private Fishing Charters for $1100.00
